Pumpkin pie spice adds a warm flavor twist to cool pi?a colada.
SERVES: 6

Ingredients

1 can (13.66 ounces) Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk
1 cup pineapple juice
4 ounces light rum
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoons McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice
4 cups ice cubes

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Place coconut milk, pineapple juice, rum, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add ice; blend until slushy.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Pour into beverage glasses. Serve immediately.
